Diagnostic Features
    • Size: 60 µm x 45 µm (range, 45-70 µm x 35-45 µm)
    • Shape: Round or ovoid
    • Colour: Brown due to bile staining
    • Mammillated albuminous coat on outer shell
    • Thick shell
    • Granular mass in centre
